Our suppliers are an important part of Masco’s success and our ability to continue to meet and exceed our customers’ expectations.

Supplier Business Practices Policy
At Masco, we work hard to ensure that our suppliers meet our expectations and adhere to the same strict standards we have for the respect of human rights, workplace safety and protection of the environment. By requiring our suppliers to comply with our Supplier Business Practices Policy, we demonstrate our commitment to maintaining a culture of respect, integrity, honesty and accountability.

W-9 Form
In order to process your invoice, all suppliers must complete a W-9 Form and have a tax identification number on file. If your company has its own form, you may fill out your company’s form and submit it. Please sign the completed form and fax to Masco’s accounting department at (313) 792-6159.
Terms and Conditions
The below Masco Companies Standard Terms and Conditions for Purchases of Parts, Goods and Materials from Suppliers (“Standard Terms”) shall apply to each transaction between suppliers and Masco Corporation or a Masco Corporation subsidiary for the purchase of parts, goods and/or materials and any services incidental thereto.
The below Masco Companies Supplementary Terms for Special Tooling and Bailed Property (“Supplementary Terms”) shall apply when any Special Tooling and Bailed Property is utilized in connection with the provision of supplies to Masco Corporation or a Masco Corporation subsidiary.
The below Masco Companies Supplementary Terms for Purchase Orders Issued for Construction, Installation or Repair Work to be Performed on Our Premises (“Construction Supplementary Terms”) shall apply to each transaction between suppliers and Masco Corporation or a Masco Corporation subsidiary for construction, installation, or repair work on our premises that is incidental to any purchase order or other agreement.
For the convenience of our suppliers with billing addresses outside the United States and Canada and/or providing supplies from a facility outside of the United States or Canada, below are translations of our Standard Terms and Supplementary Terms in the following languages: Chinese, Korean, Spanish, Thai, and Vietnamese. Please note that in the event of a conflict between the English version and translated version, the English version shall control.
